Low Priority spotlights the resilience needed to navigate diabetes while experiencing homelessness. A sequel to the groundbreaking short film, Low, the film delves deeper into how an overburdened health care system can create additional barriers for those navigating life-threatening health conditions while facing impossible odds. The film asks viewers to confront their assumptions about dignity, care, and humanity and to explore opportunities for change.

This special event includes a film screening followed by a panel discussion. 

Our conversation will have a particular focus on food and its interconnections to health, well-being, and care.
