From November 3–7 Nourish curated a week of rich, challenging, and nourishing conversations at our virtual 2025 Food for Health Symposium: 100 Million Better Bites. Together with health care and food system leaders, practitioners, and partners, we explored urgent and inspiring questions at the intersections of food, culture, climate, and care.

Sessions explored regenerative food and health systems, Indigenous knowledge and planetary health, anchor leadership, impact procurement, and the plant-forward imperative to meet protein needs in a warming world.
